Car stereo and other electrics delayed start?

I have Ford Fiesta 07 plate and one stupid minded day i accidentally connected my sub with the engine running. Now my car stereo, the speedo and other gauges all have a delay where they just don't switch on.



can anyone tell me if there is a simple way of solving this problem before calling an Auto electrician?
