I have a car stereo, an amp, subs and regular speakers...what else do I need and what do I need to do?What would I need to convert a car stereo into a house stereo?
most 12v power supplies will work for the stereo and the highs
(might even try a computer power supply)
but your subs wont work well(they draw too much power) and for that your gonna need something big(maybe commercial or a good deep cycle battery :), not sure of that)What would I need to convert a car stereo into a house stereo?
You need a BIG 13.2V regulated power supply. Please note that a cheap unregulated supply will blow your car stereo.
Cheaper to buy a decent home reciever.
