How can i play my iphone and my boyfriends ipod through a car stereo?

The car is a VW and we want to be able to play our iphone and ipod through the car stereo. We have tried to use an Fm transmitter but it dosnt work very good. Is there any adapter which we could use?How can i play my iphone and my boyfriends ipod through a car stereo?
Unless the car has a built in MP3 input jack, the FM transmitter is the only way to listen to your iPod in your car.



If it does have an MP3 jack, then all you have to do is buy the little cable that connects the two.

Just buy an FM Transmitter like a Belkin Tunecast and it'll tune in to the best FM frequency in can find on your car stereo or but a cassette adaptor where you plug one end in to your mp3/iPod and put the tape in to the cassette slot with the tape option your going to get a tape rattling sound which could become an annoyance unless you car has an mp3 socket your not going to get any better if it has one just buy the required cable and plug them in to the relavent holes on your car/iPodHow can i play my iphone and my boyfriends ipod through a car stereo?

This is what I use to run my ipod and iphone through my stereo in my cars. They vary in price up to $90
well in the UK you can get transmitters to fit for Ipod but i don't know in India. but ill tell you what it is called so then you can look for it in India. it is called Belkin Transmitter.

you could also purchase this from E-bay and Amazon.
