Have you connected it correctly - there is a wire - usually YELLOW that must be connected to a permanently LIVE connection.
Most stereos now have ISO blocks and the connection is automatic - if you have re-wired it to fit an older car you will need to check the wiring diagram to find the correct wire to connect to permanent live.
This is what keeps the power to the memory.
Failing that - It is a Wharfedale - sorry but not the best choice - grea speakers but Crap TV's %26amp; stereos - not built to last - it might just be dying
there is a memory wire on the back of your sterio its some times yellow and sometimes blue it should say memory on it, hook it to a positive power wire ( 12+ or 12+ continuose) this will keep the memory power up and stable will the car is turned off, do not hook it straight to the battery, you will then have a chance of frying the wire or the sterio.How can I get my car stereo to stay programed?
make sure the Yellow wire is connected to a permenat live feed that doesn't go off when the key is taken out
If you cany find a suitable feed _ take it from the battery terminal with an in line fuse in the cable about 5 amp should be OK.
The memory wire is obviously not hooked up correctly. It's usually the yellow wire. You have to either connect it directly to the battery or find a live wire.

the memory wire isnt perminant live...once switch off it looses its memory....rewire it correctly so it will ''not forget''
Hook it up correctly,you shouldn't have any more problems with it.
