I have a cassette stuck in the player in my car and I want to play my iPod through the stereo. The adapter I have to play it through the radio is terrible. Should I invest in a new radio, try to remove the tape, or what?What should I do about my car stereo?

I would probably just get a new cd player with a front plug, so you can play your ipod. You can go to a pawn shop if you want a used one, or even like a walmart for a nice cheap one.
