How to hook up car stereo system in a home?

Hey I am trying to hook up a car stereo system in my home. Such as 2 tweeters 4 speakers an amp and subs. Basically like they do in the stores like best buy.

I understand how to hook it all up, but my question is how to power it?

Is there a special adaptor, or should I use a car battery? If I use a car battery how am I supposed to keep it charged? How to hook up car stereo system in a home?
All you need to do is buy an High power AC to DC adapter. Any electronics supply, car parts, auto stereo, or Wal Mart should have one. It will plug into the wall and have either a cigarette lighter outlet or two power posts. Just make sure you connect pos to pos (usually red) and neg to neg (usually black), or you will fry your deck. How to hook up car stereo system in a home?
Buy an High power AC - DC Converter, I have one working in my home right now it powers my MTX 425D amp that drives my home subs. The converter I bough is a 40amp DC Pyramid Converter.

I am unsure if they even still make Pyramid but if not there are other brands.

By the way it is an easy setup man the converter will set you back a couple hundred but will last a life time if taken care of and think of the possibilities that come with the converter. How to hook up car stereo system in a home?
A safe way, from my impression of your electronics knowledge, Id say no. Just go to walmart and buy you a surround sound system which will cost you the Same as it would if you bought the device used to convert ac to dc for your amp and car stereo.
I have 2 12 in my room hooked up to a car battery they hit really hard bro try getting 12V car battery charger easy and simple setup
